真空碳热还原氧化镁的热力学分析及实验验证
Thermodynamical Analysis and Experimental Test of Magnesia Vacuum Carbothermic Reduction
【摘要】 对真空条件下用碳还原氧化镁反应进行热力学分析,计算出不同条件下C还原MgO所需要的最低反应温度及相应的露点温度。结果表明,真空下用碳还原氧化镁得到液态冷凝镁的还原温度不应低于13 5 2℃,对应的露点温度在65 1℃以上。用自制的真空碳热炼镁小型真空炉,验证试验得到了块状的冷凝金属镁
【Abstract】 The magnesia reducing reaction with carbon as reductant in vacuum condition is thermodynamically analyzed and the minimum temperature required for the reduction under various conditions and corresponding dew-point temperature are calculated. It is indicated by the calculation result that the reduction temperature should be over 1352℃, therefore the corresponding dew-point temperature is higher than 651℃. The fringe crystal of magnesium is obtained by the confirmation experiments in a small scale vacuum furnace made for magnesia reduction.
