【摘要】 目的 :了解含克班宁 (Crebanine,Cre)的千金藤属植物 (山乌龟 )在云南的资源状况 ;筛选克班宁含量高的品种。方法 :对云南省的部分县、市进行实地调查与采集样品 ,采用形态性状鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别以及提取分离等法比较克班宁含量与提取率。结果 :克班宁含量高的品种集中分布于临沧及其周边地区 ,且枝叶多有红色汁液。结论 :含克班宁的千金藤属植物资源在云南中、南部较丰富 ,可合理开发利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the resources of Stephania(Shanwugui)containing Crebanine(Cre)in yunnan province;and to selec the samples with high content of Cre.Method:Preliminary investigation in partial areas of Yunnan was made and samples were collected.The content of Cre and the extraction rate were compared by discrimination of morphological properties,means of TLC and extraction and separation.Results:Samples came from Lincang and its adjoining areas had high content of Cre and had red juice in their stems and leaves;Conclution:the resources of Stephania containing Cre in middle and south of Yunnan is rich,and can be exploited and used reasonably.更多还原
