重视富含亚麻酸的橡胶种子油的开发利用
Exploitation and Utilization of Rubber Seed Oil with Rich Linolenic Acid
【摘要】 阐述了膳食合理比例的ω-6/ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸对保持身体健康的重要作用以及含20%亚麻酸的橡胶种子油在资源、成本和技术上的优势,倡导加强该油的开发利用。
【Abstract】 It are expatiated the important role of the reasonable meal rate of ω-6 and ω-3 olyunsaturated fatty acid retaining in good condition,and the superiority of rubber seed oil on the resource,cost and technic.The authors sparkplug to strengthen expatiating and using the ruber seed oil.
