溶胶-凝胶法制备SnO2∶Sb光学薄膜
The preparation of SnO2∶Sb optics thin film by sol-gel processing
【摘要】 以无机金属盐氯化亚锡(SnCl2.2H2O)和三氯化锑(SbCl3)为原料,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺锑与不掺锑的二氧化锡低辐射镀膜玻璃.研究了掺杂量、涂覆层数、热处理条件对制得的镀膜玻璃透光率的影响规律,并利用XRD测定了薄膜的微结构.
【Abstract】 Low-emissivity glass coated thin films of antimony doped tin oxide and undoped tin oxide was prepared by using inorganic metallic salt tin chloride and antimony trichloride as precursors through sol-gel process.The influences of the addition amount of SbCl3,the coating layers and the heating treatment to the transmittance of the coated glass have been investigated.And the microstructure of the SnO2∶Sb thin films have also been investigated by using XRD.
