熔盐介质法制备SnO2纳米棒的研究
Synthesis of SnO2 nanorods by molten salt approach
【摘要】 利用微乳液法制备SnO2一维纳米材料前驱物,然后在NaCl,KCl熔盐中经710,785,900℃等温度焙烧2 h,成功地制备了金红石结构的SnO2纳米棒一维纳米材料,并用透射电子显微镜,X射线衍射对SnO2纳米棒的结构进行了表征.并对其生长机理进行了简单讨论,SnO2纳米棒的形成与成核及长大过程有关.
【Abstract】 Synthesis of SnO2 nanorods with the rutiles tructure by annealing precursor powders in molten salt.The structure and morpho1ogy of SnO2 nanorods were investigated by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and X-raydifiraction.The results showed that the SnO2 nanorods were perfect crystals.The mechanism of the formation of SnO2 nanorod was simply discussed in terms of the nucleation and growth process.
