稀土Nd对FePt合金相转变和微结构的影响
Influence of rare-earth Nd on the microstructures and phase transformation of FePt bulk alloy
【摘要】 应用XRD,SEM和EDS等方法对NdxFe60.5-xPt39.5(x=0,0.5,1.0,1.5)纳米晶复合材料进行相变和结构分析.研究发现稀土Nd的加入可以提高高温淬火合金从无序的FCC到有序的FCT的转变温度;随稀土Nd含量的增加晶粒显著得到细化,晶粒尺寸可达到10~30 nm,在尺寸上满足了发生交换耦合的要求;稀土Nd原子未溶进FePt基合金的点阵结构中,而是以团状沿FePt晶粒边界分布,阻碍再结晶晶粒的长大,以此机理细化合金晶粒.认为稀土Nd的加入改善和提高了FePt合金的诸多性能.
【Abstract】 The microstructures and phase transformation of nanocomposite NdxFe60.5-xPt39.5(x=0,0.5,1.0,1.5) have been investigated by XRD,SEM and EDS.The investigation found that the transformation-temperature of FCC-FCT wasincreased by the Nd doping and difference temperature and time have influence to it;The crystal was minuted with the increasing of the quantity of Nd,so that the dimension reach to 10~30?nm,accord with the require of exchange coupling;The element of Nd can not dissolve the lattice of FePt bulk alloy,but distributing the boundary of FePt crystal with groups,so it embarrass the grow up of crystal,reaching the effect of minuting the alloy.The conclusion was that Nd doping improve and enhance much properties of FePt bulk alloy.
