表相掺杂Cr的尖晶石锰酸锂的高温电化学性能
Surface chromium doping of spinel LiMn2O4 for Li-ion batteries at elevated temperature
【摘要】 以球形Mn3O4为前驱体,在其表面沉淀包覆Cr(OH)3,再与LiOH在750℃下焙烧20 h,制备得到表面掺杂Cr的尖晶石锰酸锂.电镜分析表明,Cr(OH)3非常均匀地包覆在球形Mn3O4的表面.在55℃下,表面掺杂Cr的尖晶石锰酸锂表现了较好的循环性能.50次循环后,容量保持率从未掺杂的58%提高到掺杂后的73%.
【Abstract】 Cr(OH)3 was coated on the surface of spherical Mn3O4.The coated spherical Mn3O4 was mixed with LiOH and sintered at 55℃ for 20 hours to produced Cr surface doped spinel LiMn2O4.SEM analysis showed that Cr(OH)3 was uniformly coated on the surface of spherical Mn3O4.Cycling performance showed that Cr surface doped spinel LiMn2O4 presented good cycleability at 55℃.Its capacity retention increased from 58% to 73% at 55℃ at 50th cycle.
