恒定电流密度下钛微弧氧化膜的特性研究
Study on the property of titania film under the constant current density by MAO
【摘要】 在Na2CO3-Na2SiO3溶液中,采用正负不对称交流微弧氧化电源在纯钛(TA2)上制备了多孔TiO2薄膜.利用XRD和SEM分别研究了氧化膜的相组成和微观结构.实验结果表明,在恒定电流密度下,处理时间对膜的厚度、相组成和表面形貌影响很大.随处理时间的增加,膜表面的微孔尺寸明显变大.
【Abstract】 Using an asymmetric pulse alternating current power supply, porous titania films were prepared by microarc oxidation of a pure titanium keeping constant current density in a Na2CO3 and Na2SiO3 electrolytic solution. XRD and SEM were employed to characterize the phase and microstructure of the films. The effects of the treatment time on the phase and the surface morphology were studied. The experimental results show that the phase, surface morphology and thickness of the coatings strongly depend on the treatment time. They take a linear change with the treatment time under the constant current density.
