掺铝Ni(OH)2的制备及其电化学性能

【摘要】 利用化学共沉淀方法制备出充放电性能良好的低掺铝量氢氧化镍,并用XRD和IR分析了掺铝氢氧化镍的结构特征.实验结果表明:在氢氧化镍制备过程中适量掺铝可制得比能量较高的α相和β相共存的混合晶型Ni(OH)2,掺铝后α-Ni(OH)2的形成、β-Ni(OH)2相晶粒度的细化及含水量的增加均有利于提高电化学活性.

【Abstract】 The Al substituted Ni(OH)2 with a perfect charge-discharge performance and a low Al content was synthesized by co-precipitation method. The structure of the Al substituted Ni(OH)2 was characterized by XRD and FT-IR. The experimental results indicated that a mixture of Ni(OH)2 composed of the a and the (3 phases can be produced if the content of Al in the Ni(OH)2 was controlled in a proper level. The increase of the specific energy of the electrochemical properties of the Ni(OH)2 mixture was attributed to the formation of a-Ni(OH)2, the decrease of crystal size of β-Ni(OH)2 and the increase of the water content.
