煅烧高岭土制备系列纳米材料及表征
Preparation and characterization of series nanosized material from calcined kaoline
【摘要】 利用天然矿煅烧高岭土,采用直接加入法制备了纳米级的莫来石、系列纳米级的沸石分子筛并将其结构进行了微观表征,其优点为:合成原料成本低;合成工艺简单;生产周期短;产品结晶度好;经XRD,TEM测试产品结晶度好;用TG-DTA,BET等手段对该新型材料进行了表征,该材料比表面积大,热稳定性非常良好.
【Abstract】 Preparation and characterization of series nanosized mollite and zeolite from natural rock calcined kaoline were introduced, The advantages include that the low costing of synthesis material, simple synthesized technology, short production cycle, good crystal of product, and the reducing of pollution of amine.
