水热法绿色制备Cu2O和Cu纳米晶
Green synthesis of Cu2O and Cu nanocrystals by the hydrothermal method
【摘要】 基于绿色化学的思想,运用水热实验技术成功地实现了乙二醇在水中的还原Cu2+离子,制得了形貌可控的氧化亚铜纳米晶.用X射线粉末衍射和透射电镜对所得产物进行了表征,并对Cu2O的生长机理做了初步探讨.
【Abstract】 Cu2O nanocrystallines with the well-controlled morphology have successfully been synthesized using ethylene glycol as reductant by a hydrothermal method, based on green chemistry. The final samples were characterized by X- ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. Finally, the possible growth mechanism of the Cu2O formation was also discussed.
