Ni3Al纳米颗粒的氢电弧等离子体合成及表征

【摘要】 采用氢电弧等离子体方法成功地合成了Ni3Al纳米颗粒,分别用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和电感耦合等离子体光谱(ICP)方法对其形貌、晶体结构和化学成分进行了研究.得到的纳米颗粒形状为球形,颗粒的平均直径为32nm.Ni3Al在经加热处理后,除氧化物含量轻微增加外,其晶体结构投有发生明显变化,在温度升高到600℃以上时,其尺寸和形状才发生明显的变化.

【Abstract】 Ni3Al nanoparticles have been prepared with Ni- Al bulk alloy containing 72.6% Ni by hydrogen plasma-metal reaction. The morphology, crystal structure and chemical composition of the as prepared nanoparticles were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X- ray diffraction (XRD) and induction-coupled plasma (ICP) spectroscopy. The nanopartcles were spherical in shape, with the mean particle diameter of 32 nm. After heat treatment at different temperatures, there are no significant changes in structure except for slight increase in the oxygen content. The particle size and shape are changed remarkably, when heated above 600 ℃ .
