【摘要】 采用单株选择(不育系和保持系花粉镜检)、成对回交、株系鉴定、混系繁殖,辅以在开花期去除不育系中异杂株的方法提纯滇Ⅰ型不育系;经田间种植鉴定,原种纯度达99.90%以上;缩短了种子生产年限,减少繁殖代数,有效地保持了不育系原有的配合力和典型性状。达到“起点高、防杂严、数量大、程序简”的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the base of pollen microscope examination of the sterile line and the maintenance line, selection of single plant, then pairing backcrossing between the maintenance lines and the sterile lines selected, line identification, blending lines propagating. Get rid of the false hybrid in flowering stage to purify the dian-1 type sterile line. As a result of identification the hybrid in the field the purity of the stock seed is 99.90% After through these steps the fix number years of hybrid seed production was shorten, the propagating numbers of generation was reduced. Typical characters and the combining ability of the sterile line were kept too. At last, we get the large amount of high purity hybrid by means of this method.更多还原
