【摘要】 随着中国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善,市政公用事业改革正日益成为一个关注的焦点。党的十六届三中全会明确提出:“要大力发展和积极引导非公有制经济”、“允许非公有资本进入法律法规未禁入的基础设施、公用事业及其他行业和领域”,这将极大地推动我国市政公用事业民营化的进程。但由于公用事业的特殊性,在实施民营化战略时,不仅要看到它对政府、企业和消费者所带来的好处,但也要考虑它可能带来的一些弊端。应采取相应的措施去消除这些弊端,确保中国市政公用事业民营化的顺利进行。更多还原
