【摘要】 目的观察圣手镇痛活络酊治疗颈肩腰腿疾病引起的关节肌肉疼痛的近期疗效。方法将1300例颈肩腰腿疾病关节肌肉疼痛的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组660例,用圣手镇痛活络酊外敷治疗;对照组640例用舒筋活血汤口服治疗,10天为1个疗程。1个疗程结束后评定近期疗效。结果2组治疗前疼痛、肿胀、压痛、功能受限等积分差异无显著意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组在功能受限等体征方面差异有显著意义(P<0.05),在疼痛、肿胀等症状及压痛等体征方面的差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01);2组近期疗效评价差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论圣手镇痛活络酊是治疗颈肩腰腿疾病引起的关节肌肉疼痛的有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the short-term therapeutic effect of Shengshou tincture for relieving pain and promoting blood circulation on chronic injury of soft tissue.Methods 1 300 patients with chronic injury of soft tissue were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The 660 patients in treatment group were treated with Shengshou tincture for relieving pain and promoting blood circulation;the other 640 patients in control group were treated with decoction for benefiting channels and activating blood circulation,with a treatment course of 10 days for both groups. The short-term therapeutic effect was evaluated after one treatment course. Results Before treatment there was no significant difference in the integrals of lumbar functional assessment between treatment group and control group (P>0.05), however, after treatment there was a significant difference in the integrals of lumbar functional assessment between the two groups (P<0.01),and the short-term effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Shengshou tincture for relieving pain and promoting blood circulation is effective in treating chronic injury of soft tissue.更多还原
