【摘要】 目的观察溶栓治疗对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者的心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法168例AMI患者根据治疗方法分为2组:溶栓再通组108例,传统治疗组60例,应用24小时动态心电图比较2组患者起病后1～2周HRV。结果溶栓再通组SDNN、SDANN、rMSSD均高于传统治疗组(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论溶栓治疗能提高AMI患者的HRV,改善心脏自主神经系统功能,从而改善AMI预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of thromboly tic therapy on heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 168 patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into two groups according to their therapy: 108 patients received thrombolytic therapy with artery patency;60 patients were treated by routine therapy.The HRV in 1～2 weeks after the onset of AMI was observed by ambulatory electrocardiogram in both groups.Results SDNN,SDANN and r-MSSD of thrombolytic treatment group were significantly higher than those of routine treatment gropup in the corresponding time (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The thrombolytic therapy could increase HRV of patients with acute myocardial infarction, and improve autonomic nervous system function so as to improve the prognosis of AMI patients.更多还原
