【摘要】 目的探讨通心络胶囊治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效。方法选取血管性痴呆患者80例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组服通心络胶囊,每次3粒,每日3次;对照组服哈伯因片,每次0.1mg,每日2次。疗程均为半年。观察其临床疗效及MMSE、HDS、FAQ量表得分情况。结果通心络胶囊治疗组总有效率67.50%,哈伯因对照组总有效率为52.5%,2组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前、后MMSE、HDS、FAD量表得分情况比较,均有明显改善(P<0.01);2组治疗后比较差异有显著意义。药物副作用治疗组明显低于对照组。结论通心络胶囊治疗VD疗效肯定,副作用少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule on vascular dementia (VD).Methods 80 patients with VD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.40 patients in treatment group were treated with Tongxinluo capsule 3 capsules once,3 times a day;the other 40 patients in control group were treated with huperzine A tablet 0.1 mg once, twice a day, with a treatment course of 6 months for both groups.Results The total effective rates of Tongxinluo capsule and huperzine A were 67.50% and 52.5% respectively (P<0.05).The scores of MMSE,HDS and FAQ in both groups were improved obviously, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.01). The side effects of Tongxinluo were obviously fewer than those of control group.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule is effective in treating vascular dementia, with few side effect.更多还原
