【摘要】 目的探讨老年无症状性脑梗死(ACI)患者血液流变学和血脂的变化及通心络胶囊对其的影响。方法分别测定72例ACI患者血液流变学和血脂指标,并与63例健康老年人进行比较;其中69例患者于通心络胶囊治疗30天后再次检测血液流变学和血脂指标,观察通心络的治疗作用。结果ACI患者血液流变学参数均较健康老年组高(P<0.01);血甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均较健康老年组高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。经通心络胶囊治疗后,血液流变学和血脂参数均有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论ACI患者存在血液流变学和血脂参数的明显异常;通心络胶囊可改善老年腔隙性脑梗死患者的血脂及血液流变学异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on hemorrheology and blood lipid in elderly patients with asymptomatic cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods The hemorrheology indexes and blood lipids levels were measured in 72 elderly patients with ACI and compared with those of 63 healthy subjects. The hemorrheology indexes and lipids levels were remeasured in 69 patients after 30-day’s treatment in order to assess the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule.Results The hemorrheology indexes and the levels of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-C) in ACI group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The hemorrheology indexes and blood lipids levels were significantly improved in ACI group after treatment with Tongxinluo capsule, as compared with those before treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The obvious abnormalities of hemorrheology indexes and blood lipids levels are found in aged patients with ACI.Tongxinluo capsule can improve the abnormalities.更多还原
