原子荧光光谱法测定芦荟中铅和镉
Determination of Lead and Cadmium in Aloe by Atomic Fluoresce nce Spectrometry
【摘要】 应用AFS-820型双道原子荧光测定芦荟中Pb和Cd,用HNO3-HClO4 消解样品,以KBH4 作还原剂分别测定Pb和Cd。Pb和Cd检出限分别为0. 58μg/L和0. 21μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)均小于10%,线性范围Pb为0~100μg/L,Cd为0~80μg/L,标准加入回收率Pb为88. 2% ~108. 6%,Cd为85. 3% ~112. 8%。方法经植物国家一级标准物质验证,结果与标准值相符。
【Abstract】 Lead and cadmium in aloe has been determined by hy dr ide generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The method provides detection limits of 0.58 μg/L for Pb and 0.21 μg/L for Cd. The method has been applied t o determination of Pb and Cd in standard reference vegetation materials and resu lts are in agreement with the certified values.Recoveries is 88.2%~108.6% for Pb and 85.3%~112.8% for Cd with precision of <10% RSD(n=5).
