【摘要】 包钢炼钢厂转炉煤气回收过程中,由于原进口设备在使用时系统存在烟气除尘、脱水效果差,水封盒容易憋压等现象,容易造成分析仪表损坏;同时一次取样设备采用蒸汽伴热,因温度达不到对其烘干作用的要求,容易造成取样滤芯堵塞。对该系统改造后,采用电伴热自动控制的取样装置,经过长时间运行,效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the imported converter gas recovery system at Steelmaking Plant of Baotou Iron and Steel Co Ltd there are some shortages,such as,bad gas didusted and dewatering effect,and frequent clogging in wa- ter-sealed capsule,so analytical meter is easy to damage.In addition,steam heating mode is used in the pri- mary sampling equipment,but its temperature is not high enough to meet the need of stoving effect,so sam- pling filter core is easy to block.After the system is modified,electric heating mode with automatic control system is used to sampling device,and it is proven that running effect of the modified system is good.更多还原
