大规模生物湿法提铜工艺自动控制策略
Automatic control strategy of large-scale bio-hydrometallurgical process for extraction of copper
【摘要】 介绍了紫金山铜矿万吨级生物湿法提铜工艺的特点和生产流程,对生产过程控制的难点进行了分析,提出了主要生产工序的控制策略。通过采用现场总线、模糊控制、专家控制、过程优化和决策支持等先进的自动化集成技术,实现生物堆浸湿法提铜生产过程控制的模型化和参数优化。
【Abstract】 The features and production process of ten thousand tonnage bio-hydrometallurgical technology for extraction of copper in Zijinshan Copper Mine are introduced.Difficulties in production process control are analyzed and control strategy for main production working procedure are presented.Through use of advanced automation integration technology,such as fieldbus,fuzzy control,expert control,process optimization and dicision support etc,modelling and parameter optimization of bio-hydrometallurgical process control for extraction of copper are realized.
