HD66773R在小尺寸TFT-OLED驱动中的应用
Application of HD66773R in Small-size TFT-OLED Drive
【摘要】 描述了两管TFT-OLED像素电路的结构和驱动原理。利用HITACHI公司的TFT-LCD驱动芯片HD66773R,结合单片机的控制来驱动176×396点阵的TFT-OLED屏,介绍了显示模块的结构和HD66773R功能原理。结合HD66773R功能原理,设计了单片机和HD66773R硬件接口电路,详细描述了软硬件的设计方法和注意事项,并给出了单片机的软件流程图。
【Abstract】 The pixel circuit and drive principle of two TFTs TFT-OLED are described.A drive circuit of 176×396 matrix TFT-OLED was designed by using MCS-51 MCU and TFT-LCD drive IC HD66773R of HITACHI.The structure of display module and the function of HD66773R are introduced.The interface circuit of MCU and HD66773R was designed based on the function of HD66773R.The design method of hardware and software and the design keystones are described in detail.Finally,the software flow chart of the one-chip MCU is provided.
