【Abstract】 Knowledge economy offers enormous opportunities of development to enterprises, it also breeds threats and risks everywhere. In order to survive and develop in the drastic changing market of knowledge economy, our enterprises must hold their aims, discipline with great concentration, grasp opportunities and adapt themselves to market. Therefore, it needs a set of knowledge management mode, namely, the global learning strategy, which can suit the changeable and complex international market environment, can capture the opportunities to win a battle, and can defend against threats. Here it studies the thoughts and structure of Chinese enterprises’ global learning strategy on the basis of knowledge management, probes the mode building and mechanism designing of knowledge management in the process of global learning integration.更多还原
