【Abstract】 It reviews the development history of enterprise’s growth theory, then describes some factors related with firm’s growth and development: heterogeneity hypothesis; a accumulated increase of integrated knowledge, dynamic competitive advantage of business resource, industry analyzing approach, organization behavior、enterprise study.
