【Abstract】 R&D Cooperation is one of the important approaches in enterprises’ innovation. Based on the analysis of case of R&D cooperation on tailored blanks products between Baosteel Inc. and Shanghai Volkswagen Inc.,it studies the motivation and organizational mode-selection of R&D cooperation in supply chain. Then,it analyzes the effect of RJV on the up stream and down stream enterprises.更多还原
