【Abstract】 Promoted by the development of the information technology,Knowledge Management and Cooperative Work have been implemented in the reformation of the organizations,and they have been acting the impulse of the development of the units. However,it remains a problem which concerns how to build an interactive integration platform in a whole stand environment. It analyzes the model,framework of the Cooperative Work in Knowledge Management System,and advances the framework of Intellectual Collaboration.
