【Abstract】 Objective: To determine its contents of chlorogenic acid in Zishen-yanggan Wan. Method:C 18 (4.6mm ×150mm, 5μm)column was used with the mixture of 0.4% H 3 PO 4 water and acetic as the mobile phase, and the UV absorbance detection was set at 327nm.
