丹参酚酸B和丹参酮Ⅱ_A在丹参根中的分布
The distribution of salvianolic acid B and tanshinoneⅡ_A in Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge.
【摘要】 目的:探索丹参有效成分在根中的分布情况。方法:以丹参酮ⅡA和丹参酚酸B为检测指标,高效液相色谱法检测。结果:丹参酮ⅡA在丹参木栓层中含量为1.94%,在其余部分含量为0.01%;丹参酚酸B在木栓层中的含量为5.56%,在其余部分中的含量为4.28%。结论:丹参酮ⅡA主要存在于丹参木栓层,丹参酚酸B则在全根中均有分布,木栓层中含量稍高。
【Abstract】 Object :To determine the distribution of effective contents in Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge. Method : The contents of Tanshinone ⅡA and Salvianolic acid B were determined by HPLC. Result : The content of Tanshinone ⅡA was 1.94% in exodermis and 0.01% in other parts; The content of Salvianolic acid B was 5.56% in exodermis and 4.28% in other parts. Conclusion :Tanshinone ⅡA distributes mainly in exodermis and Salvianolic acid B distributes all over the root, but higher in exodermis than in other parts. [
