【Abstract】 Ragweeds(Ambrosia L.) are important alien invasive weeds. Plasmopara angustiterminalis Novotelnova was recently found to be pathogenic to giant ragweed.The methods of observing oospores of Plasmopara angustiterminalis Novotelnova were introduced.The method of 10% NaOH soaking plus 1% acid fuchsin dying produced clear image of oospores of the pathogen.更多还原
