2-(苯并噻唑-2-基硫代)-1-(2,3,4-三甲氧基苯基)乙酮肟酯和肟醚新化合物合成与抗烟草花叶病毒活性研究
Synthesis and Anti-TMV Activity of 2-(Benzo[d]thiazol-2-ylthio)-1-(2,3,4-trimethoxyphenyl) Ethanoxime Ester and Ether Derivativies
【摘要】 首次合成了5个2-(苯并噻唑-2-基硫代)-1-(2,3,4-三甲氧)苯乙酮肟酯和6个肟醚新化合物,并经过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征.初步生物活性测试表明,部分化合物具有一定抗烟草花叶病毒活性.
【Abstract】 Five new 2-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-ylthio)-1-(2,3,4-trimethoxyphenyl) ethanoxime esters and six new ethers were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectra. The bioassay of some compounds showed that they had moderate anti-TMV activity.
