槲树叶中的5种酚性成分

【摘要】从槲树叶 Quercus dentata Thunb 中分离纯化得到五种酚性成分. 通过理化性质分析和光谱解析等手段确定其化学结构分别为: 2-新橙皮糖基-2,6-二羟基苯甲酸苯甲酯(1), 龙胆酸 5-O-(6′-O-没食子酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2), 3,5,7-三羟基色原酮-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3), 没食子酸(4), 儿茶素(5), 其中化合物 1 和 3 为新化合物.更多还原

【Abstract】 Five phenolic compounds, benzyl 2-neohesperidosyloxy-6-hydroxybenzoate (1), 5-O-β-D- (6′-O-galloyl)glucopyranosyl gentisic acid (2), 1-O-(5,7-dihydroxy-chromon-3-yl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), gallic acid (4) and catechin (5), were isolated from the leaves of Quercus dentata.
