多波长分光光度法同时测定铁合金中锰和铜
Multiwavelength spectrophotometric determination of manganese and copper in ferroalloy
【摘要】 通过对铁合金中锰、铜测定条件的研究,提出以pH 10.2 Na2B4O7-NaOH为缓冲介质,氯化十六烷基吡啶作为稳定剂,4-(2-吡啶偶氮)-间苯二酚(PAR)作显色剂,最小二乘法-分光光度法测定铁合金中锰和铜。锰和铜的测量波长分别为510 nm和505 nm,参比波长分别为550 nm和470 nm。在50 mL溶液中锰与铜总和在0~70μg符合比尔定律,方法用于铁合金标样中锰和铜的测定,所得结果与认定值十分吻合,相对标准偏差小于4%。
【Abstract】 On the basis of the study of determined conditions in ferroalloy,a new multiwavelength spectrophotometric method for the simultaneous determination of manganese and copper was proposed by spectrophotometry combining with least squares.Cetyl pyridinium chloride was used as stabilizer and 4-(2-pyridylazo)-resorcinol was employed chromogenic reagent.In the medium of Na2B4O7-NaOH buffer solution at pH 10.2,the determined wavelengths and reference wavelengths were 510 nm and 550 nm for Mn,505 nm and 470 nm for Cu,respectively.Beer’s law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0-70 μg/50 mL for total manganese and copper.The method was applied to the simultaneous determination of manganese and copper in ferroalloy standard samples,which results were in accordance with the certified values,and relative standard deviation was less than 4%.
