电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定铬铁矿单矿物中痕量稀土元素

【摘要】 采用过氧化钠熔融铬铁矿单矿物,三乙醇胺溶液提取,在碱性溶液中沉淀,稀土元素与基体物质得到很好的分离,经氢型阳离子交换树脂分离富集,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对铬铁矿单矿物中13个痕量稀土元素进行测定,用103Rh作内标元素补偿基体效应和灵敏度漂移。方法回收率为88.2%~109.8%,相对标准偏差(n=9)小于16.3%,检出限为0.001 2~0.39μg/L。

【Abstract】 The monomineralic rocks of chromite are decomposed by Na2O2,and then extracted by triethanolamine.The analytes are precipitated in the alkaline solution,and large amounts of the matrix are separated by filtration.The precipitates are then dissolved by acid,and trace REEs are preconcentrated and separated by ion exchange chromatography,and determined by ICP-MS.Matrix effect and sensitivity drift are compensated by103Rh,an internal standard element.The recoveries of the method are in the range of 88.2%-109.8% and the detection limits of REEs are 0.001 2-0.39 μg/L,and relative standard deviations of REEs are less than 16.3%(n=9).
