新试剂5-(H-酸偶氮)-1-苯基-3-甲基吡唑啉酮与铀Ⅵ显色反应的研究与应用
Study on the color reaction of uranium with 5-(H-acidazo)-1-phenyl-3-methylpyrazolone and its application
【摘要】 研究了新显色剂5 (H 酸偶氮) 1 苯基 3 甲基吡唑啉酮(HAPMP)与铀 的显色反应,在pH4 0的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,新试剂与铀 形成1∶1的粉红色铬合物,最大吸收峰位于540nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为6 31×104,在25mL溶液中铀质量在0~35μg范围内符合比尔定律,方法用于合成样品中微量铀的测定,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 The color reaction of uranium*$with a new reagent 5-(H-acidazo)-1-phenyl-3-methypyrazolone(HAPMP) has been studied.In a buffer solution at pH 4.0,uranium*$ reacts with HAPMP to form a stable 1∶1 red complex.The complex exhibits a maximum absorption at 540 nm with an apparent absorptivity of 6.31×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-35 μg/25 mL for U*$.The method has been applied to the determination of trace uranium in ores and rocks with satisfactory results .
