流动注射化学发光法测定地质样品中痕量锗Ⅳ
Flow injection chemiluminescence determination of trace amounts of germaniumⅣ in geological samples
【摘要】 利用Ge 对鲁米诺(Luminol)-(NH4)2MoO4-KI体系化学发光反应的催化作用和流动注射技术,建立了流动注射化学发光快速测定Ge 的方法。该方法线性范围为0 02~1 0mg/L,检出限为4 9×10-3mg/L,对0 2mg/LGe 11次平行测定的相对标准偏差为2 7%,该法用于地质样品中痕量锗 的测定,其相对误差在-5 0%~3 2%。
【Abstract】 A chemiluminescence catalysis method for the determination of Ge*$ based on luminol-(NH4)2MoO4-KI-Ge*$ system with flow injection technique was developed.The linear range for Ge*$ is 0.02-1.0 mg/L and the detection limit is 4.9×10-3 mg/L. The relative standard deviation(n=11) is 2.7% for 0.2 mg/L Ge*$.The method has been applied to the determination of Ge*$ in geological samples with satisfactory results and the relative error are from -5.0% to 3.2%.
