【Abstract】 Bssed on the tensile strength of metallic material having fixed inter-relation with impact function,using the statistical techniques the mathemarical model of tensile strength and the impact function of the carbon steel can be established. Passing through the regression analysis and the testing of notable nature,the inter-relation style of the tensile strength and the impact function can be defined.
