【摘要】 目的探讨周期蛋白E(cyclinE)蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测35例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织周期蛋白E蛋白表达,分析与临床病理学特征的关系。结果周期蛋白E在乳腺癌中的高表达率为57.14%(20/35),低表达率为42.86%(15/35)。周期蛋白E的高表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌肿瘤最大径、淋巴结转移无关,但与ER、PR均阴性的乳腺浸润性导管癌患者的预后高度相关。结论周期蛋白E蛋白的检测对评估ER、PR均阴性的乳腺浸润性导管癌患者的预后,指导术后辅助治疗具有一定的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the expression of cyclin E and prognosis in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast.Methods 35 cases with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast were studied for cyclin E expression with immunohistochemical method.Results The high cyclin E expression rate in the patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast was 57.14%,while the low expression rate was 42.86%.High cyclin E expression in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast was not correlated with tumor size,lymphnode metastasis,but had a high correlation with the prognosis of the patients showed a negative expression of ER and PR.Conclusions Cyclin E expression may be significant in predicting the prognosis of the patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast and in selecting appropriate postoperative adjuvant therapies.更多还原
