【摘要】 金银亮片丝经向嵌条涤纶织物在印染加工中,由于涤纶高捻丝和金银亮片丝的湿热受力收缩不同,使亮片丝在高温张力下不收缩,且容易被拉长,从而造成局部突出。通过制订合理的预缩工艺,重点控制预缩保温温度、升温过程和预缩工作液配方,严格控制预定形经向张力等,以提高成品的悬垂性和手感。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the dyeing and printing process of tinsell warp-striped polyester fabric.Reason for tinsell protrusion is analyzed,it is found that different shrinkage between high twisting polyester yarn and tinsell in wet and high temperature conditions leads to the extrusion.Therefore,preshrinking including the temperature,temperature rising rate,recipe,as well as warp tension in presetting are the key items for controlling. Alkali deweighting in batchwise machine and softening with amino silane microemlusion can impart the fabric smooth tinsell,good drapery,as well as soft handle.更多还原
