【摘要】 鉴于PLA纤维的熔点较低,不耐高温和强碱,采用酶退浆、常规的酸性染色,pH值控制在5~6;松式烘干再辅以适当冷轧光,以获得色牢度、手感、光泽俱佳的织物。例举了羊毛/PLA纤维交织物、PLA/棉混纺织物的实际染色工艺,并给出生产中的注意事项。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chemical structures and properties of corn fibers are analyzed.Owing to low melting point,non-endurance to alkali and high temperature,a suitable process of enzyme desizing,conventional acidic dyeing at pH value 5~6,relax drying and cold calendaring is undergone,which enables the corn fiber fabric excellent color fastness,soft handle and luster.Practical applications of wool/corn fiber mixture,corn fiber/cotton blended fabric are illustrated,matters for attention are advanced.更多还原
