【摘要】 采用高效练漂新工艺及TY288系列助剂对粘胶原生亚麻混纺织物进行前处理加工,以替代二氯一氧传统工艺,实现无烧碱煮练、无次氯酸钠漂白。试验结果表明,新工艺在白度、干湿强度、毛效和麻皮去除程度等均可与传统工艺相媲美,且新工艺染整加工后的成品,在染色饱和度、鲜艳度和光洁度等方面较优。更多还原

【Abstract】 High efficiency scouring and bleaching process combined with TY-288 auxiliary were carried out for viscose/protolinen blended fabric to replace the traditional two-chlorine-one-peroxide hydrogen process. The results show that the innovative process without caustic soda for scouring or sodium hypochlorite for bleaching imparts the fabric acceptable whiteness, wet and dry strength, capillary effect as well as linen skin removal, the end product possesses excellent dyeing saturation, brilliance and smoothness.更多还原
