浸润性乳腺癌微血管密度与p53蛋白表达的临床意义
Investigation of MVD and p53 protein expression in human Invasive breast cancer
【摘要】 目的探讨浸润性乳腺癌微血管密度与p53蛋白表达的病理学意义及其与新生血管形成的关系。方法选取25例手术切除的浸润性乳腺癌标本,采用免疫组织化学SP法,以抗第八因子相关抗原(ⅧRAg)抗体和p53单克隆抗体进行标记。结果浸润性乳腺癌微血管密度(MVD)值为40.24±8.88,p53蛋白表达阳性率为60%。有腋淋巴结转移者与无淋巴结转移者MVD值比较有明显差异(P=0.016)。MVD与肿瘤大小、分化程度或ER、PR表达状况无关。p53蛋白表达阴性与阳性者间MVD值比较无显著差异(P=0.741)。结论浸润性乳腺癌MVD与其淋巴结转移密切相关,新生血管形成促其生长、发展和侵袭转移。p53蛋白表达与肿瘤新生血管形成可能无密切关系。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between microvessel density, protein expression of p53,and angiogenesis in human invasive breast cancer and its clinical significance.Methods Tissue sections from 25 patients with breast cancer were examined immunohistochemically for MVD and protein expression of p53. Results MVD and the positive rate of p53 were 40.24±8.88 and 60%(15/25) in invasive breast cancer.Tumor specimens from patients with axillary lymph node metastases markedly displayed higher MVD than that of tumor specimens from patients with no lymph node involvement (P=0.016).MVD of breast cancer tissues was not related to tumor size,tumor differentiation or ER,PR expression.There was no correlation between MVD and p53 protein expression.Conclusion A strong correlation exists between MVD ,angiogenesis,and metastatic behavior in invasive breast carcinoma.p53 may not play an important role in invasive breast cancer in angiogenesis.
