【摘要】 目的　探讨胰岛素抵抗(IR)与高血压病左室肥厚及心力衰竭的关系。方法　选择健康对照组30例,高血压病例120例(其中不伴靶器官损害组44例,伴左室肥厚组39例,伴心力衰竭组37例),根据UCG测定左室质量指数和射血分数,并根据公式计算IR指数,HOMA IR=FINS×FPG/22 5。结果　Logistic回归分析显示:HOMA IR是影响高血压病左室肥厚的危险因素(P<0 .01),也是影响心力衰竭的危险因素(P<0. 05)。结论　IR随高血压病心脏损害的加重,呈逐步上升趋势,经多因素分析具有统计学意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between insulin resistance and hypertensive target organ damage. Methods The hypertensive group was divided into three groups as follows:① 44 patients without target organ damage, ② 39 patients with left ventricular hypertrophy, ③ 37 patients with heart failure. 30 healthy people were included as normal group. Homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) was applied to estimate insulin resistance. Results Logistic regression analysis showed HOMA-IR was risk factor in hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and heart failure. Conclusion The degree of insulin resistance is aggravating with hypertensive target organ damage.更多还原
