博弈视角下个人信用监督机制的构建

【摘要】 为了保证我国的社会主义市场经济顺利地进入以信用交易为主导的“信用经济”时代,适应我国加入WTO,拉动内需市场,从根本上治理整顿市场的经济秩序,需要建立完善的信用体系。通过建立博弈模型的方式,分析了自由竞争下的信用交易博弈以及在监督下的信用交易机制,认为对失信行为进行惩处的力度和信用交易信息成为影响信用交易博弈的重要因素。因此本文就监督体制和信息传递提出了我国失信惩罚机制和联合征信机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to guarantee China fluent transfer into socialist market economy based on the “credit economy,” so as to adapt the accession to the WTO,spur the domestic demand market,and manage the economic order of the market fundamentally,We need to set up perfect credit system.By way of setting up model of credit game,the paper analyses credit of free competition and credit transaction mechanism under of supervising.The paper puts forward the system of we think the punishment of breaking one’s promise and credit trade information.更多还原
