数字示波器检定方法

【摘要】 叙述了用FLUKE9500B示波器校准仪检定数字示波器的方法,介绍了4项技术指标的检定,并分析了检定结果的不确定度。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the method to verificate digital oscilloscope with oscilloscope-calibrator FLUKE 9500B,and introduce the verification of 4 indexes with their uncertainties estimated.
