表面涂层—高温合金之间的高温过程研究
Study on High Temperature Processes Between Coating Layer and Super-Alloy Substrate
【摘要】 采用刷涂和烧结的方法制备了高温合金表面的无机涂层,并对基体进行了预氧化处理。应用俄歇能谱仪(AES)、扫描电镜(SEM)研究了预氧化处理和高温长时间退火条件下,涂层和高温合金之间元素的相互作用。结果表明:氧在合金中的分布曲线服从抛物线法则,高温下基体中铬优先氧化,对高温合金基体进行预氧化处理能有效地阻滞高温条件下基体元素铬的贫化。
【Abstract】 The inorganic coating on the surface of super-alloy is prepared by brushing and sintering after preoxidzing treatment is conducted on substrate alloy.The interaction between coating layer and super-alloy substrate after preoxidzing treatment and high temperature annealing for long time is studied.The results show that the distribution of oxide in substrate alloy follows the parabolic rule and chromium is oxidized with priority at high temperature.The preoxidzing treatment on substrate alloy can reduce the pauperization of chromium effectively.
