时效处理对Rene’220合金力学性能的影响
Effects of Ageing on Mechanical Properties of Rene’220 Alloy
【摘要】 利用扫描电镜、拉伸试验机和蠕变实验机研究了不同时效制度下Rene’220合金室温及700℃的拉伸性能和700℃高温持久性能的变化规律。结果表明,随着一次和二次时效温度的升高,室温和高温强度呈下降趋势,而高温持久寿命随两次时效温度的变化均存在一个最大值,合金强度和持久性能最佳结合的时效制度为:830℃/4 h/炉冷+760℃/10 h/空冷。
【Abstract】 The strength at room temperature and 700℃ and the stress rupture life at 700℃ of Rene’220 alloy heat treated by different ageing processes are investigated by SEM technique and tensile creep machines.The strength at room temperature and 700℃ is decreased while the temperature of the first and second ageing is increased.There exist maximum values of stress rupture life while the temperature of the two ages is increased.The ageing process parameters corresponding to the best comprehensive mechanical properties are determined:830℃/4 h/F.C.+760℃/10 h/A.C..
