【Abstract】 Since 2000, student loans have been granted by the country in Jiangxi, but the effect is not good.Many problems have appeared, such as the contradiction between more applications for loans and less granted loans, unbanlance of granting student loans between colleges and universities and unbalance of granting student loans between banks.
