【摘要】 工作流的引入是房产信息系统建设规范化和平台化的一个客观要求。文章介绍了工作流、工作流管理系统等相关概念,从面向过程的角度出发,将不同种类的房产管理业务高度概括,抽象为一个附带流转控制信息的虚拟档案袋,屏蔽不同业务的差异,从而在工作流平台上统一执行、流转。给出基于工作流的房产信息系统体系结构,并阐述虚拟档案袋和房产工作流引擎等核心组件的设计实现更多还原

【Abstract】 Workflow technology is applied to the development of Real Estate Information System (REIS), which is important and impersonal, especially for the normalization and standardization of REIS. After presentation of some conceptions related to workflow, virtual archive bag is advanced in the process of business analysis by generalization and abstraction. Virtually, difference from kinds of businesses is just encapsulated by virtual archive bag. Thus, it is feasible to run different business uniformly on the basis of Workflow Management System (WfMS). According to design requirement and relative principles, a workflow-based system of real estate is developed and some core components, for example, a virtual archive bag and a light workflow engine are presented in the end of the paper.更多还原
