【摘要】 近几年,中国和东盟的经济合作从单一的双边合作发展到双边合作与不同范围的地区合作相结合;从单纯的贸易和投资合作发展到贸易、投资和货币、金融多领域相结合;从非机制性合作发展到非机制性同机制性合作相结合的多种性质合作并存的局面。中国一东盟建立自由贸易区的谈判已经取得重要结果,但也存在困难和问题。我们要始终坚持双赢的原则。建立自贸区本身不是目的。它对发展经济能起多大作用,最终取决于成员方经济的结构和企业与产品等的竞争能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Of late,China-ASEAN economic coop- eration has developed from bilateral coopera- tion to multilateral cooperation as well as re- gional cooperation on different scales;from trade and investment cooperation to trade,in- vestment,currency and financial cooperation; from non-mechanism cooperation to a variety of forms of both non-mechanism and mecha- nism cooperation.The negotiation to set up a free trade zone between China and the ASEAN countries has achieved important results, though there remain some difficulties and problems.We should adhere to the"win- win"principle.Setting up the free trade zone itself is not merely the goal.How much a role such a free trade zone would play in promoting regional economy depends largely on the mem- ber states’ economic structures as well as the competitiveness of their enterprises and prod- ucts.更多还原
