【摘要】 目的在重庆市高危人群中开展艾滋病防制健康教育和行为干预,并对其效果进行评价。方法随机抽取重庆市7区辖内娱乐场所服务人员655名进行艾滋病健康教育和行为干预,干预前后分别进行艾滋病相关知识和安全性行为问卷调查,并对调查结果进行分析和效果评价。结果调查对象艾滋病知识、传播途径、安全性行为的知晓水平有显著提高,对艾滋病及HIV/AIDS患者的态度有正向改变,安全套使用率上升,高危行为的改善有明显效果。结论对娱乐场所高危人群实施健康教育和行为干预是可行而有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the intervention method and effect of AIDS health education among the AIDS-prone group in Chongqing.Methods AIDS-prone group AIDS health education and intervention measures were taken among 655 attendants in the public places of entertainment in 7 districts in Chongqing.Before and after the intervention questionnaire survey was conducted to understand their KAP towards AIDS and analyzed the results of the questionnaire and the effectiveness of intervention.Results Through the health education and intervention,the recognitions abut AIDS knowledge,the transmission routes and safe sexual behavior are improved markedly.The attitude towards AIDS and HIV/AIDS patients changed positively.The usage of condoms is spread and high-risk behavior is improved obviously. Conclusions AIDS health education and intevertion are effective and feasible.更多还原
